New welding robot

The Panasonic welding robot is equipped with robot control. The robot control is used to control the movements of the device and controls the work of the welding power source. By using a 64-bit processor in the Global3 controller, the Panasonic robot is unique. Our plant uses the Towers TA 1900 robot with G3 and G4 controllers.

The Robot Towers TA 1900 is a feature:

• short start and stop times
• Arc Start / Arc End lift function
• monitoring of welding parameters
• setting up multiple welding options
• automatic correction of the free electrode outlet length
• the robot arm is the fastest
• does not twist the welding wire
• semi-automatic calibration.

The TA 1900 welding robot performs welding, cutting and other processes with a maximum load rating of 8 kg.
