Welding services are provided in our large and modern plant in Błotnica 1. We carry out orders both from all over the country and abroad. We operate dynamically on the German and Scandinavian markets. Very often we take part in welding fairs organized in Poland and abroad. We focus on new technologies and new knowledge in the field of metalworking, which we perfectly realize during the daily tasks of the plant. In addition, new technologies inspire us to do better in the industry.
Welding in our plant is carried out using welding robots TA-1900WG3 and TA-1900WG4 with the system TOWERS by Panasonic. Our robots can weld parts up to 2. 5 m long, 1. 2 m wide, 1. 0 m high and 500 kg heavy. Thanks to modern software we can obtain high quality welded joint with repeatability of welded joint ±0,1 mm (place and the dimensions of the weld). Thanks to this, the final result amazes everyone.
Our robotized workstation is large and will carry out even the largest orders. Therefore, we encourage companies from Poland and abroad to place orders for welding services. In addition, we provide services of powder painting, bending pipes and profiles, bending on press brakes and services with our multifunctional drilling and milling machine.
