Fiber laser in our factory

Our machine park is equipped with the new BySmart Fiber 3015, Fiber 4000 fiber laser by Bystronic, which allows for quick entry into cutting technology. Cutting with such technologically advanced equipment allows our company to meet the expectations of all our customers, both from our country and from abroad.

Laser cutting is a thermal separation process in sheet metal processing. The focused laser hits the metal sheet and melts it. This process can take place using sources such as: fiber laser and CO 2 laser. Our BySmart Fiber 3015, Fiber 4000 laser uses a fiber source, i.e. the laser beam is produced in the active fiber, then fed to the machine s cutting head through the transmitting fiber. Fiber laser cutting is intended for processing:

• thin and thick steel sheets
• aluminum
• stainless steel
• non-ferrous metals, e.g. copper and brass.
