Bending is a process of treating a material comprising a permanent change of curvature of the workpiece. Most often, pipes, profiles and sheets are formed with the use of specialized machines called benders. In our plant, we perform the bending process on a CBC UNI 70 C bender, which is a digital three-phase bender with a core set. This machine is designed for bending pipes with large diameters, but it is perfect for smaller diameters.
Pipes and profiles bent on a modern digital bending machine are free from distortions or deformations. The maximum bending angle is 180°. Thanks to digital software that stores as many as 70 bending programs, we have a guarantee of serial production and maintaining bending precision, even from the initial stage of the process.
