Our company specializes in welding services, but performs other services closely related to metal forming. Such services include:

• sandblasting: involves cleaning or shaping a specific surface with a compressed air or liquid stream of abrasive material. Thanks to this process, the surface of the material is perfectly smooth, even and free of imperfections. Sandblasting has been known since 1870;
• galvanisation: this is a series of electrolytic processes where different metallic and non-metallic coatings are applied. These coatings strengthen the metal surface and, above all, provide protection against corrosion and mechanical damage;
• milling: is a machining process and consists in separating a layer of material by means of a tool called a milling machine. This process is used to process materials such as wood, metal and plastics;
• Turning: is the process of machining chipboard, which consists in separating the material layer from the workpiece with a lathe knife in order to obtain the desired dimension and shape. Turning is done with a lathe. This machine processes the outer surface (turning) and the inner surface (boring);
• Drilling: this is the process of cutting material by means of a drill and is carried out on machines called drilling machines. On drilling machines we can perform other processing processes such as: drilling, reaming, drilling, countersinking;
• Grinding: is a surface treatment of a material which is carried out using abrasive tools. Most often we use so-called grinders, thanks to which we obtain large dimensional and shaped surfaces with small roughness.
